THRIVE4women is a new programme to introduce women to new product/service development (NPD) from idea to execution. We want to equip women with the necessary skills and confidence to develop a business or embark on a new career. This programme is designed to develop a high level overview of the NPD process for a variety of new products and services within pharma, tech, mechanical, electronic or food manufacturing. There is huge career potential for women within these sectors in Ireland and this programme is designed to help them access this opportunity.

Half day morning delivery split Innovate (6 weeks) and Execute (10 weeks)
Objective: To introduce professionals to STEM through New Product Development from ideation through manufacturing process to completion.
